Return and Exchange Policy for Relaxayw

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your neck pillows and eye masks within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition for Returns:
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To start the return or exchange process, please email our Customer Service at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include the purchase price of the item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or size, please specify this in your email. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

7. Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund at your request.

9. Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

10. Final Sale Items:
Certain items, such as clearance or discounted items, may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.

11. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to items returned that are not in their original condition or if the packaging is damaged.

12. Change of Mind:
